Dividend announcement from the Company’s operational results for the year 2024 (Dated April 27, 2025)
The 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Pinthong Industrial Park Public Company Limited (“the Company”) held on April 24, 2024, approved the dividend payment from the Company’s operational results of the year 2024 to the shareholders at the rate of Baht 0.76 per share. Such dividend payment will be made only to the shareholders of the Company whose names appear in the shareholder register book as of the date on which the list of shareholders entitled to the dividend is determined on May 9, 2025. The dividend payment shall be made on May 23, 2025.
